Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Perform a variety of quarry support duties to maintain safe and efficient operations. * Assist with equipment clean-up, preventive maintenance, and minor repairs. * Support crushing, screening, and material handling processes as needed. * Conduct workplace inspections and address housekeeping needs throughout the site. * Follow safety procedures while collaborating with team members to meet production goals. **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to work safely in a heavy industrial or outdoor environment. * Mechanical aptitude with the ability to learn equipment operation and maintenance tasks. * Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to perform a variety of responsibilities. * Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with a team. * Reliable work ethic with the flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** * $26.79 per hour * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
