Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Safely operate off-road and on-road haul trucks to transport aggregate materials within and from the quarry * Perform pre‑ and post‑trip inspections to ensure equipment is safe and operational * Load, haul, and unload materials efficiently while following site traffic patterns and safety rules * Communicate clearly with dispatch, load operators, and site personnel to support daily production goals * Maintain awareness of surroundings and adjust driving practices to changing site and weather conditions **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to safely operate commercial or heavy vehicles in industrial environments * Strong commitment to safety procedures, policies, and situational awareness * Ability to follow instructions, site rules, and regulatory requirements * Willingness to work collaboratively as part of a team in a production-driven environment * Capability to perform physical tasks associated with quarry operations **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** * $45.01 per hour * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
