Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** • Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair plant equipment to keep operations running safely and efficiently. • Perform routine maintenance on machinery and equipment. • Respond to equipment issues and complete repairs promptly. • Work with plant personnel to improve equipment performance and reliability. • Follow all safety policies, procedures, and maintenance standards. **What Are We Looking For** • Strong mechanical skills and the ability to identify and solve equipment problems. • Ability to safely maintain and repair industrial equipment. • Commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork. • Good communication skills and a collaborative work style. • Ability to read and understand maintenance manuals, diagrams, and instructions. **Conditions of Employment** • Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check. • Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing. Must be able to obtain an ATF Certification. **Work Environment** • Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level. **What We Offer** • $24.81 per hour starting pay • Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension. • Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays.
