Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Operate front-end loader to move and load materials safely and efficiently * Perform routine equipment inspections and basic maintenance * Assist with stockpile management and material handling * Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors * Follow safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to operate heavy equipment safely and effectively * Maintenance experience is a plus * Strong awareness of safety and environmental standards * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Willingness to learn and adapt to changing operational needs * Reliable attendance and commitment to quality work * Willing to work nights and weekends as needed. **Conditions of Employment** * Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check * Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing **Work Environment** * Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level **What We Offer** * 27.74 per hour * Benefits through the Union for Medical, Dental, Vision and Pension * Union paid vacation, sick leave and holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
