1st Shift Sorter

**Recycling Works** is currently hiring for a **1st Shift Sorter** located at our recycling facility in **Elkhart, Indiana**! Hours are Monday through Friday and occasional Saturdays as required for operational needs . Regular weekly overtime available after 40 hours. **Responsibilities Include:** o    Sorting recycled material onto different conveyor belts and moving material to the appropriate areas. o    Maintaining the cleanliness of the recycling area and yard outside. o    Help maintain equipment such as baler and conveyor line. o    Assuming custodial duties as needed. o    Other manual labor that does not involve the operation of heavy equipment. **Requirements:** o    Ability to perform minimal computer related tasks. o    Must be able to stand continually through entire shift o    Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
