Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Perform routine and specialized lab testing on construction materials to ensure quality standards * Maintain accurate records and documentation of test results and procedures * Calibrate and operate lab equipment in accordance with established protocols * Support production teams by providing timely and reliable test data * Follow safety and environmental guidelines to maintain a compliant lab environment **What Are We Looking For** * Demonstrated ability to follow detailed procedures and maintain accuracy * Strong organizational and documentation skills * Capability to work independently and as part of a team * Commitment to safety and quality standards * Willingness to learn and adapt to new testing methods and technologies **Work Environment** This role is based in a laboratory setting within a production facility. It may involve exposure to dust, noise, and varying temperatures. Proper PPE is provided and required.
