**Job Responsibility:** * Work with worldwide cross-functional teams on Automotive new silicon/product development and qualification, from early phases of product definition to production phase. * Develop and support test solutions with Test Engineering from early phase to production with target test time & cost according to the organization standards. Ensure quality of own work by initiating reviews and follow release procedures. Keep up to date with new developments on testing methods and technologies. * Execute characterization, sampling, qualification etc. * Continue to reduce overall cost of test while maintaining production quality and securing the Automotive Zero defect (low PPM) requirement. * Monitor, analyze, and resolve production issues through teamwork.
