**BU Description:** Business Unit Description NXP’s Precision Analog and Interface business unit offers high performance analog optimized for ultra-low power and high precision, Our products serve a wide range of markets, including mobile, industrial, telecommunications, and automotive applications. As an Analog Design Engineer, you will join a highly experienced design team and contribute to the development of next-generation analog and mixed-signal IC solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Design and development Analog and Mixed Signal IPs (e.g. LDOs, LED driver, GPIOs, XTAL Oscillator, RC-Oscillator, Data Converters etc.); * Carry out development activities from design, layout, simulation to physical validation for mixed signal integrated circuits, Guarantee the technical deliverables of his jobs in terms of quality and performance; * Collaborate with layout engineers to optimize analog layout implementation. * Support product evaluation and characterization activities together with application and validation teams. * Work closely with global design teams to enhance design methodologies, share knowledge, and continuously improve engineering efficiency. **Requirements:** * Graduating in 2027 with a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields. * Solid foundation in CMOS analog IC design, including analog fundamentals, device physics, semiconductor processes, analog layout, and basic mixed-signal concepts. * Familiar with EDA tools and SPICE simulation, experience with Cadence design environment. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Fluent in English and Mandarin, with good communication skills. * Self-motivated team player with a collaborative mindset. * Internship, research, or tape-out experience in analog/mixed-signal IC design is a plus * Knowledge of low-power design techniques and precision analog circuits is a plus * Understanding of silicon validation and lab measurement methodologies is a plus **Why Join NXP?** Work on industry-leading analog and mixed-signal technologies.
