Application Engineer – Automotive MCU (2027 NCG Campus Hire) ============================================================ **Location:** Shanghai / Chongqing, China Responsibilities ---------------- * Collaborate with leading automotive customers, field application engineers, marketing, and sales teams to understand system requirements and support application development based on NXP automotive MCU solutions. * Participate in the development of embedded software, evaluation platforms, reference designs, application notes, and technical collateral for automotive applications. * Assist customers in debugging, integration, and technical issue analysis related to MCU hardware, software, and automotive systems. * Support technical workshops, customer trainings, and internal knowledge-sharing activities. * Explore and evaluate emerging automotive technologies and application trends, including automotive safety, security, zonal architecture, and vehicle networking. * Work closely with global engineering teams to help customers accelerate development and successfully adopt NXP solutions. * Build technical expertise in automotive microcontrollers, embedded systems, and software platforms through project experience and continuous learning. Basic Requirements ------------------ * 2027 graduate in: * Electrical Engineering * Electronics Engineering * Microelectronics * Computer Science * Embedded Systems * Automotive Engineering * Software Engineering * or related disciplines * Solid fundamentals in embedded systems and programming. * Good problem-solving and analytical skills. * Strong communication and teamwork skills. * Self-motivated, curious, and eager to learn new technologies. * Good written and verbal English communication skills. * Willingness to travel when required.
