26- Week Pediatric Anesthesiologist - Baptist Memorial Hospital of Memphis - Full Time

**Position Requirements** **Description** North American Partners in Anesthesia is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Anesthesiologist to join our established team in Germantown, Tennessee, one of the most sought-after communities in the Memphis metropolitan area. Pediatric services include a twelve-bed inpatient unit, eight operating suits with the ability to open two more, forty-bed NICU with 24/7 neonatology in-house coverage, ten exam rooms, and more. We provide anesthesia services to three acute care hospitals on the same campus, Baptist Memorial Hospital – Memphis, Baptist Memorial Hospital for Women, and the Spence and Becky Wilson Baptist Children’s Hospital. **Total Rewards** Salary: $600K Sign on Incentive: $100K Comprehensive benefits package:  • Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance • Generous paid time off • Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts • Fully paid malpractice insurance coverage • Loan repayment & training assistance available **Schedule** Full call taking position. 26-Week FT schedule. 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off. **Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership **Requirements** • M.D./D.O.
