As a 3D spatial data associate, you are the "mapmaker of the future." You will join our AI community as a specialist tasked with identifying and labeling the physical world within 3D datasets, such as LiDAR (light detection and ranging) and 3D meshes. While our specialists handle complex physics and urban planning, you are the one who teaches the AI the "alphabet" of space, where a curb ends, where a pedestrian begins, and how a robotic arm perceives a shelf. At TELUS, you are helping to build the data foundation for autonomous vehicles, drones, and the industrial metaverse. Key Responsibilities: 1\. Create accurate 3D bounding box annotations around objects in point-cloud data. 2\. Perform semantic segmentation to classify roads, sidewalks, obstacles, and other surfaces in 3D maps. 3\. Review and clean point-cloud data by removing sensor noise and inconsistencies. 4\. Validate AI-generated 3D environments by comparing them with real-world data. 5\.
