This role is a great fit for someone who enjoys connecting with customers, assisting them in finding what they need, and maintaining a well-presented store environment.  **What You’ll Do:** * **Customer Experience**: Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all customers. Anticipate needs, initiate conversation in a comfortable and natural way, and offer product support and styling guidance across categories. * **Sales Floor Maintenance**: Support product replenishment and maintain a clean, organized, and visually consistent sales environment.
