This is a mobile role where you’ll focus on the service, maintenance, and repair of HVAC and commercial refrigeration systems, ensuring equipment operates efficiently and reliably. **What You’ll Do** ------------------ * Service, maintain, and repair **HVAC and refrigeration equipment** * Fault find on systems including **AHUs, chillers, cold rooms, display cabinets, cellar cooling, and ice machines** * Carry out planned maintenance and reactive repairs * Deliver first-time fixes where possible * Complete accurate service reports and documentation * Build strong relationships with clients on-site * Participate in an **on-call rota** (with paid overtime & standby) **What We’re Looking For** -------------------------- * Proven experience in **HVAC and/or refrigeration service** * Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills * Experience working on **commercial refrigeration systems** * Background in hospitality, retail, or similar environments is beneficial * Ability to work independently in a field-based role **Essential:** * F-Gas certification * NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Refrigeration / Air Conditioning * Full UK driving licence **Desirable:** * Basic gas knowledge or qualifications **What We Offer** ----------------- * Competitive salary + **overtime, standby allowance & call-out payments** * Company van, tools, tablet, and mobile * **25 days holiday + bank holidays** * Benefits package: pension, life assurance, EAP, Cycle2Work, discounts * Ongoing training and career progression within Johnson Controls * Supportive team and strong **safety-first culture** #LI-HN1 #LI-remote #RMDFL
