Account Director

**Job Description:** **Responsibilities** * Lead and grow Company’s integrated clients, acting as a trusted partner to clients. * Possess in-depth knowledge of our clients’ businesses including their internal priorities, stakeholder dynamics, category landscape and marketing opportunities. * Build strong, long-term client relationships by providing proactive, client-centric solutions that address business needs and strengthen partnership value. * Lead the development and delivery of integrated campaigns, working closely with different specialists’ teams to ensure seamless execution. * Deliver impactful and persuasive presentations with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and translate strategic thinking into clear recommendations. * Act as the key gatekeeper to ensure all work is delivered to a high standard - on-brand, on-strategy, on-time and within budget. * Own the financial performance of the assigned accounts, including growth, profitability, forecasting, budget control and achievement of turnover targets. * Proactively identify opportunities for organic growth, cross-selling and incremental revenue across the dentsu network. * Support new business development and pitch opportunities when required, contributing strategic thinking, client understanding and strong presentation skills. * Lead, motivate and develop junior team members, providing coaching, guidance and feedback to support their performance and career growth. **Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Marketing Communications, business or a related discipline. * Minimum 8-10 years of account servicing experience in an advertising agency; candidates with more experience maybe considered for Senior Account Director. * Prove track record in managing key client relationships, leading integrated campaigns and driving client satisfaction and account growth. * Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage. * Strategic, proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to think creatively and identify growth opportunities for clients and the business. * Detail-oriented, organized and able to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines in a fast-paced agency environment. **Location:** Hong Kong **Brand:** Dentsu Creative **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
