Account Executive

**Job Description:** The Senior Account Executive / Account Executive will be a supporting role in the account management team. He/She will get a chance to develop skills and knowledge in integrated campaign, including branding projects, TVC / Print ad development, digital marketing. The Senior Account Executive / Account Executive will be responsible to communicate with clients, work closely with internal teams and partners, and be exposed to the latest communications trends and strategies. **Responsibilities** * Responsible for day-to-day account duties and supporting the team. * Prepare and distribute meeting minutes for internal and client meetings, and maintain up-to-date project status reports to ensure effective communication and progress tracking. * Assist the team in managing the execution of the assigned campaigns, with minimal supervision. * Act as the key gatekeeper to ensure all work is delivered to a high standard - on-brand, on-strategy, on-time and within budget. * Collaborate with the team to analyze campaign performance, identify key insights, and provide actionable recommendations to support ongoing optimization and decision-making. **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree or above in Advertising, Branding, Marketing Communications, or a related discipline. * 1-2 years of account servicing experience in an advertising agency; candidates with less experience may be considered for Account Executive. * Fluent in English and Cantonese, with strong written and spoken communication skills; Mandarin proficiency would be an advantage. * Passionate about advertising industry with commitment to learn new skills and knowledge. * Enthusiastic team player with proactive, innovative mindset. * Well organized, responsible, detail minded. **Location:** Hong Kong **Brand:** Dentsu Creative **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
