**Summary**

**What You Will Do**
* Carry out sales and case support activities to achieve sales and profitability targets within the Implants portfolio (Joint Replacement and Upper Extremities)
* Support the Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales plans and activities aligned with local market strategies
* Identify market-specific needs, trends, and opportunities for business growth
* Develop and maintain strong collaborative relationships with customers
* Prepare regular sales performance analyses and forecasts, and identify key business issues and opportunities
* Explore and develop new accounts and business opportunities to expand Stryker's customer base
* Prepare monthly reports on market trends, customer preferences, competitor activities, and other relevant market insights
* Gather and analyze customer feedback to support continuous service improvement and identify opportunities to expand the business portfolio
**What you need**
**Required Qualifications**
* Bachelor's Degree in Science, Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
* 1 to 2 years of sales and/or marketing experience, preferably within the medical device, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or life sciences industry
* Fresh graduates with a strong interest in sales and marketing within the healthcare or life sciences industry are also encouraged to apply
* Results-oriented with strong communication and negotiation skills
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment
* Strong business acumen and demonstrated problem-solving capabilities
* Self-motivated, proactive, and adaptable in a dynamic environment
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience supporting surgical procedures or working closely with surgeons and operating theatre staff
* Knowledge of orthopaedics, joint replacement, or upper extremity products
* Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and growing customer accounts
* Experience in medical technology, healthcare, or related industries
