**Key Individual Accountabilities** * Opening Account * Preparing document/ form for opening account (RDN) * Cheking document completeness from client * Doing data verification * Input the data into the system and updates when there is a change * Activation of new customers on first deposit * Filling  data into cabinet * Ordering OA form to vendor * Initial Public Offering ( IPO ) * Preparing document/ form for IPO & Share Alocation * Cheking document completeness from client * Distribution approval form to management * Filling  data into cabinet * Others * Responsible for invoice form JNE * Responsible for retur SOA (JNE), SOA (RDN) * Responsible for AKSES cars and PIN from KSEI * Filling document letter for / from department
