Pay Range: $75,410.00 – $100,549.99

**What You'll Be Doing**
* Support accurate and timely monthly close of the general ledger, including accruals, amortizations, and adjusting journal entries
* Prepare and complete balance sheet reconciliations, including cash and bank accounts
* Review and analyze financial statements for assigned business units
* Prepare, distribute, and explain financial reports with actionable insights
* Perform inventory accounting, including standard vs. actual cost variance and physical inventory analysis
* Partner with cross-functional teams to resolve accounting issues and support operations
* Contribute to audits by preparing documentation and responding to requests
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and controls
**What Are We Looking For**
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required
* 3–5 years of relevant accounting experience
* Understanding of accounting principles, including GAAP and/or IFRS
* Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
* Advanced Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or JDE
* Ability to manage multiple priorities, adapt in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines

* Office-based/Hybrid role within a shared services or corporate environment
