Accountant

**At Cadence, we hire and develop leaders and innovators who want to make an impact on the world of technology.** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Position Description: * Daily GL, AP, AR bookkeeping, staff reimbursement checking according to policy and accounting standards * Responsible for treasure tasks, cash/bank transaction, bank reconciliation * Month end and Quarter end closing to ensure completeness and accuracy of financial information * Perform regular internal records filing and external bank, tax, customs, govt. filings * Policy Compliance. Prepare and assist in SOX documentation for internal and external Audit Activities * Ad hoc Accounting/Finance assignment  Position Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance * Good communication skills in English (written and spoken) * Must be a quick learner, very detail oriented, and with a good communication skill * Team player and self-motivated, Committed to result & deadlines; **We’re doing work that matters.
