Handle cash book preparation, verification, and monthly closing activities. Perform account reconciliations and ensure accuracy of financial records. Prepare audit schedules and coordinate with internal/external auditors during audit processes. Verify payment entries, supporting documents, and accounting records. Maintain accurate and updated accounting data as per company guidelines. Support month-end and year-end closing activities. Identify discrepancies and resolve accounting-related issues. Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Commerce/Accounting or related field. 1-2 years of experience in accounting roles. Strong understanding of accounting principles and reconciliation processes. Hands-on experience in month-end closing activities. Proficiency in MS Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and basic formulas. Working knowledge of Tally Prime and ERP systems. Good analytical skills with attention to detail.
