This role is critical in ensuring high-quality financial operations, robust governance, and continuous improvement across our finance systems and processes. **About you** ------------- You are a collaborative and results-driven finance leader with strong technical expertise and a passion for driving operational excellence. You thrive in complex environments, enjoy leading teams, and are confident building strong stakeholder relationships. **Key Responsibilities:** ------------------------- **Financial Operations & Reporting** * Lead the Accounting Operations team responsible for general accounting across all Beca entities (subsidiaries, branches, associates, and joint ventures) in Asia Pacific * Oversee preparation and analysis of monthly financial results, ensuring adherence to Group reporting deadlines * Manage delivery of financial insights and reporting to subsidiary company Boards * Coordinate closely with Finance support teams, including those based in Indonesia **Planning, Compliance & Audit** * Participate in annual business planning and reforecasting processes * Ensure compliance with IFRS, taxation principles, and relevant legislative changes * Oversee preparation of half-year and year-end audit files * Liaise with external auditors and manage audit queries effectively **Systems, Process Improvement & Transformation** * Drive automation initiatives and continuous process improvements * Lead system enhancements, including user acceptance testing (UAT) * Strengthen reporting capability, internal controls, and finance processes * Champion transformation initiatives, particularly within Oracle finance systems **Leadership & Stakeholder Management** * Build, lead, and develop a high-performing Accounting Operations team * Promote consistency in processes, reconciliation practices, and documentation standards * Foster strong relationships with Finance Managers, Financial Controllers, and broader stakeholders * Create a positive, collaborative team environment and effectively manage conflict **Governance & Best Practice** * Ensure robust financial controls and governance across all processes * Challenge inefficient or manual processes and drive continuous improvement * Support industry engagement and contribute to building Beca’s external profile **Core Capabilities** * Leadership and team development * Influencing and stakeholder management * Strategic thinking and business acumen * Change leadership and resilience * Results orientation and delivery focus * Strong technical accounting knowledge * Collaboration and teamwork * Accountability and governance mindset **Experience & Qualifications** * Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline * Chartered Accountant (CA), CPA, or equivalent professional qualification * Extensive experience in financial operations, ideally within a multinational environment * Strong knowledge of IFRS and statutory reporting requirements * Proven leadership experience managing high-performing teams * Experience with ERP systems (Oracle preferred) and finance transformation initiatives * Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills **Why Join Beca?** * Work with a leading Asia Pacific consultancy * Be part of a collaborative and high-performing finance team * Opportunity to lead transformation and drive innovation * Career development and leadership growth opportunities **Apply now**  [Belong at Beca](https://youtu.be/a2kQID6sYWQ?si=z6ermoRlP26WJTti) and make everyday better.
