Accounts Receivable Specialist

We're excited to meet you and share what we love about Smith!_ **Essential Job Duties** * Input credit information into an in-house program * Work closely with operations and sales * Maintain up-to-date billing system * Follow up on references, collection and allocation of payments * Carry out billing, collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines * Reconciliation of accounts * Monitoring customer account details for non payments, delayed payments and other irregularities * Maintain accounts receivable customer files * Investigate and resolve customer queries * Process adjustments **Competencies** * Excellent customer service skills **Experience** * Experience with PayPal, EBay, googlecheckout preferred * 1+ years experience with A/R **Software Requirements** * Advanced Excel and Accounting Software knowledge **Position Type** Full-Time/Regular _SMITH is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer_ _#LI-AK1_ _We are an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer._
