If you’re a dedicated and ambitious finance professional, Uline is an excellent place to grow your career. **Careers Packed with Potential.** Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on. **Position Responsibilities** * Assist customers over phone calls and emails with managing their accounts and resolving outstanding balances. * Document customer financial status and collection efforts. * Provide superior service to customers and other departments including the Cash Applications, Credit, Customer Service and Sales teams. * Review department processes and recommend workflow improvements. **Minimum Requirements** * High school diploma or equivalent required.
