**Company** ----------- RENAULT BEIJING AUTO CO **Job Description** ------------------- This role is responsible for Engineering and Procurement performance of Renault China as Finance Business Partner. Reporting & Planning * Support ACDC (China R&D center) monthly closing, manage actuals and provisions * Consolidate ACDC report and upload/download actual figures to/from corporate system * Deliver regular dashboard, track on risks and opportunities and follow up optimization actions * Support to make performance analysis and reforecast, and deliver reports * Support ACDC and region budget / MTP planning Performance Control * Act as business partner of ACDC R&D and other functions * Manage and monitor development costs by project; track and optimize fixed costs * Act to optimize financial results and efficiency, and ensure internal process compliance * Act as window person to interact and coordinate between local teams and corporate Finance counterpart * Daily budget tracking and control China Procurement Controlling * Provide monthly reports to monitor budget and help Procurement management make purchasing decisions and track their progress over time * Help implement procedures to ensure compliance with internal * Complete process map and RASIC among different stakeholders of China Procurement activities Dashboard and process digitalization * Define and implement a Finance IT roadmap and data architecture to support automatic performance analytics and reporting * Drive efficiency by automated solutions in reporting and financial processes * Develop digitalized dashboards in different dimensions to fulfill business needs and support strategic decision making **Scope** **of action** * Renault China Finance **R****equirements** * Education: Bachelor’s degree in finance or business related major * Possesses 5-7 years of experience in finance - preferably within the automotive industry and with a background in R&D. Demonstrates a strong history of implementing digital solutions in finance, as well as leading data projects and automating reporting processes. * Sense and Attitude: Strong numerical sense with analytical skill, discipline of time and accuracy, problem-solving oriented, adaptive to changes, good at story telling.
