Activities Director

**Activity Director (Full-Time)** Victorian Post Acute Pay: $30-37 per hour **Job Summary** Victorian Post Acute is seeking a full-time Activity Director to lead and manage our Activities Program. You will create engaging programs that support residents’ physical, mental, and social well-being. **What You’ll Do** * Plan and manage daily and monthly activity programs * Organize group activities, outings, and in-room options * Encourage resident participation in hobbies and social events * Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff * Ensure compliance with federal, state, and facility guidelines * Document resident participation and progress * Assist with resident assessments, care plans, and discharge planning * Coordinate transportation for outings and appointments * Participate in team meetings and quality improvement initiatives * Support survey readiness and compliance efforts **Leadership Responsibilities** * Assist with supervising and supporting activity staff * Help maintain a positive and organized team environment **Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * At least 1 year of experience in a long-term care setting preferred * Strong communication and organizational skills * Passion for working with seniors **Benefits** * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Paid time off (PTO) * Paid holidays * 401(k) retirement plan * Opportunities for growth and advancement * Supportive team environment We are an equal opportunity employer.
