Your role will include: * Delivering professional, customer-focused administrative support * Managing invoicing, purchasing, accounts reconciliation, and stock control * Coordinating roster changes and staffing updates using Kronos * Processing maintenance requests and overseeing local building works * Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and staff orientation * Participating in quality, compliance, and continuous improvement activities * Handling non-clinical enquiries and complaints under delegation * Supporting safe, compliant operations in line with WHS and NDIS requirements * Supervising a part-time Administration Officer where applicable **What We’re Looking For** * Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills * Excellent organisation and time management in a busy office environment * Experience using Microsoft Office and administrative systems * Sound knowledge of finance processes, invoicing, GST, and stock control * Understanding of staffing workflows within aged care * Commitment to confidentiality, quality improvement, and customer service * Current Australian Driver’s Licence and willingness to drive for work **A Valuable Addition, Yet Not a Must-Have** * Diploma in Administration * Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or working towards) * Previous experience in aged care, health, or community services **Essential Requirements** * Proof of vaccination status as required by legislation and WMQ policy * Relevant probity checks * NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
