Help get better trained personnel to the front line faster
Project Selborne is a Transformational Training programme with a strategic goal of modernising Royal Navy training to deliver “better trained sailors to the front line faster”.
As part of this modernisation students will now be given a personal electronic device at the start of their course to help carry out/aid their training . This role will be responsible for helping to facilitate the distribution and administration of the devices.
This role is Fixed Term until March 2027.

🔐 Due to the nature of this role, you must be eligible for UK Security Clearance at SC level.
Job Description
**What you’ll be doing**
* Distributing Personal Electronic Devices and their accessories to students on specified courses.
* Maintaining student allocation logs for those devices issued.
* Ensuring student profiles are set up on mobile device management system (JAMF)
* Setting up and maintaining course profiles on mobile device system
* Processing and maintaining new App requests
* Ensuring the electronic and physical cleaning of devices on their return from the student.
* Responsible for password resets and raising issues to second line support
* Ensuring any ‘failed’ devices are packaged and returned effectively to supplier for repair

* Proficiency in using IT (hardware/software) within the workplace
* Strong administrator
* Excellent organisational skills
