We build real-time AI products for healthcare — medical transcription, clinical record generation, and EMR integrations across Brazil and Colombia. Our flagship, AI Doctor, is part of a suite of four AI Healthcare Employees built by doctors, for doctors. What You'll Do You'll own the deployment — responsible for making Telepatia work inside clients, from kickoff to consistent usage. You'll coordinate Onboarding Specialists in the field, be the main point of contact with hospital decision-makers, and ensure adoption metrics are on track. - Own the end-to-end implementation of one or more clients simultaneously; - Be the main point of contact with stakeholders: hospital directors, superintendents, and clinical coordinators; - Coordinate Onboarding Specialists in the field — hospital allocation, metrics tracking, issue escalation - Analyze adoption data across hospitals to identify patterns, bottlenecks, and opportunities and turn that into action; - Spot implementation risks before they become problems; - Translate field insights into clear feedback for product and engineering; - Help build the implementation playbook from scratch; What You Need - 2–4 years of experience in consulting, implementation or enterprise client management; - Comfortable reading and interpreting data — dashboards, SQL queries or equivalent. You don't need an analyst to tell you what's happening in your accounts - Comfortable presenting and building relationships with senior stakeholders; - Genuine curiosity about AI — you follow the space, have opinions, and want to work close to the technology; - Fluent in English and nice to have spanish— the entire company operates in English - Ownership mindset — you don't wait to be told what to do Who Tends to Fit - Associates or consultants from strategy or tech consulting firms (Big 4, boutique, or similar) looking to move into a high-ownership operator role - Analysts or engineers who have worked client-facing and want more ownership over outcomes - Technical PMs or Business Analysts with experience in enterprise deployments What You'll Find Here - You'll work at the intersection of AI and healthcare — a product that is actively changing how doctors practice medicine - Direct exposure to how large language models perform in real clinical environments - Paying clients, live product, real deployment operation - You'll build the implementation process — there's no manual yet - Multicultural team spanning Brazil and Colombia, operating fully in English
