Join this prestigious organization to be part of its innovative journey. ### About the Role: The AI & Process Automation Executive/Analyst will lead and coordinate group-wide automation and digital transformation initiatives. The role focuses on identifying process improvement opportunities, implementing AI-driven solutions, optimizing workflows, and delivering actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency, tenant performance, and customer satisfaction. ### Key Responsibilities * Lead and coordinate asset-specific AI and process automation initiatives across the group. * Identify automation opportunities and map internal workflows to improve efficiency. * Collaborate closely with IT teams and vendors to design, implement, and maintain automation solutions. * Drive user adoption and measure efficiency gains, manpower optimization, and ROI. * Utilize AI tools for analytics automation, reporting, and enhanced tenant/customer insights. * Document processes, develop SOPs, and support continuous improvement initiatives. * Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements. * Analyze tenant categories, track performance, benchmark top/bottom performers, and support churn reduction strategies. * Support development of Tenant Satisfaction Index (TSI) and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) through surveys and digital tools. * Coordinate with stakeholders to translate business needs into AI-powered and automated solutions. ### Key Requirements * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in AI implementation, process automation, digital transformation, or business analytics roles. * Bachelors degree in information systems, Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field. * Hands-on experience with workflow automation platforms (Power Automate, UiPath, Zapier, or similar). * Exposure to process mapping, workflow redesign, and manpower optimization. * Strong analytical and reporting skills with Excel and BI tools (Power BI or Tableau preferred). * Ability to translate business requirements into automated and AI-driven solutions. * Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills. * Excellent communication and change management capabilities. * Self-motivated, structured thinker with strong problem-solving skills.
