OUR OFFER * **Financial Perks:** Free public transport with the Deutschland Ticket, €50 monthly budget on your DAHER Corporate Account or for EGYM Wellpass, plus an employee referral program * **Compensation:** Overtime pay and bonuses for weekend and holiday shifts  * **Culture & Events:** Regular team and company events, including summer parties  * **Health & Retirement:** Occupational health management and a company pension scheme  * **Learning & Development:** Extensive training and development opportunities  YOUR TASKS * Perform removal and installation of electrical components on different supports following the technical documentation, mechanical & electrical drawings * Disconnect & connect wires, cables and elements composing control equipment, & electrical or electromagnetic equipment * Ensure electrical connections (wire stripping, crimping, assembling connectors, wire shrinking) * Install and maintain equipment * Verify the conformity of the work by using as reference the technical documentation given with the work order * Ensure the integrity of aircraft systems and highlight any deviation to your supervisor YOUR QUALIFICATION * You have completed training as an aircraft electrician or a similar qualification with 2 years of professional experience in the aviation industry * You are characterized by a quality-oriented and responsible way of working * Your English level is B1/ B2 * You underline your flexibility by being willing to work early/ late shift and weekends
