**What success looks like in this role:** The Field Engineer performs activities associated with installing, diagnosing, maintaining, and servicing computer-related products, including but not limited to desktop/laptop computers, printers, and peripherals. We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused **Airport Support Technician** to provide on-site technical and operational support for key airport equipment and customer-facing technologies. * Previous experience in a **customer-facing role**, ideally within a fast-paced or public-facing environment. * Experience in **technical support**, **mechanical maintenance**, or troubleshooting of equipment. * Familiarity with kiosk systems, bag-drop technology, or similar automated service devices. * Meets SLA requirements and ensures client satisfaction in all interactions. * Proven experience in a Deskside support environment performing fault investigation, triaging, and resolution. * Ability to work in Rotational Shifts. **You will be successful in this role if you have:** * Preferred prior experience with customer facing roles/duties. * Preferred prior experience in support mechanical maintenance, airport equipment, kiosks, bag-drop. * Ability to successfully complete a **Police Check** and **Aus Check** requirements needed to obtain an **ASIC (Aviation Security Identification Card)**. * A Valid Driver's License is required.
