You will gain hands-on experience in inventory management, sales analysis, and allocation strategies tailored to the unique dynamics of full-price retailing. You will learn fundamentals of retail allocation, inventory management, order processing and understanding of broader supply chain process. You will get understanding of how full-price retail differs from outlet retail in terms of product lifecycle and customer behavior. **How you'll make a difference** Get ready to make an impact! Here’s what you’ll be responsible for joining our team as an Allocator: * Assist in the allocation of merchandise to Full Price Stores based on sales trends, inventory levels, and store capacity. * Monitor stock levels and identify opportunities for replenishment or transfers to maximize sales and minimize markdowns. * Analyze sales and inventory data to support allocation decisions and identify underperforming or overstocked items. * Collaborate with stores, planning, buying, and store operations teams to ensure timely and accurate product flow. **Skills that will make you succeed:** * You are fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills. * You have curious mindset with passion for working with people. * You have strong analytical and numerical skills. * You show initiative, you are eager to learn and face up new challenges. * Experience in store environment is considered as a plus.
