We work together to strengthen the care in our communities while providing patients access to a broad network of specialists and advanced services. * This position supports patients and providers across Trinity Health Medical Group practices located throughout the greater Grand Rapids area **Position Summary:** The Pharmacy Technician will primarily support an anticoagulation clinic in Grand Rapids, MI.  Pharmacy technician support involves triaging phone calls on a multi-line system, processing patient referrals, scheduling patient appointments and maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. The technician may also be called upon to support additional ambulatory pharmacy clinics as needed, ensuring seamless coordination and continuity of care across services. **What the Pharmacy Technician will Need:** * High school education or equivalent. Completion of ASHP/ACPE pharmacy technician training   program. * Preferred, completion of a formal Pharmacy Technician certification program; or two years of college with  emphasis in math, science, or medical field applications. * Active Michigan Pharmacy Technician Licensure (Full license) AND  Pharmacy Technician Certification Board (PTCB) National Certification * Two years of pharmacy work experience **Our Commitment** Rooted in our Mission and Core Values, we honor the dignity of every person and recognize the unique perspectives, experiences, and talents each colleague brings.
