Analyst

**Role:** _The primary responsibilities of the position can be summarized as follows:_ * _Investment Analysis & Execution:_ * _Conduct detailed underwriting of potential acquisitions, including financial modelling, scenario analysis, and sensitivity testing using Excel or other tools._ * _Prepare investment memorandums and presentations for internal review and investor committees._ * _Support the due diligence process, including coordination with legal, tax, and operational teams to evaluate risks and opportunities._ * _Contribute to debt sourcing process in coordination with lenders._ * _Asset Management_ * _Oversee the implementation of refurbishment measures as established in the business plan, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budgets._ * _Contribute to leasing activities with new and existing tenants._ * _Work with property and facility managers to ensure effective management, operational efficiency, and tenant satisfaction._ * _Track and report key performance metrics, including internal and external reporting to stakeholders and investors, ensuring timely and transparent communication._ * _Collaborate with internal teams and communicate with board members to keep them informed and aligned with the project’s objectives and progress._ * _Fund Management Support:_ * _Assist in fund-level performance reporting and valuation updates._ * _Support the preparation of materials for investor relations, including quarterly reports and annual reviews._ * _Manage ad-hoc projects, including preparing investor presentations and supporting fundraising initiatives._ **Profile:** * _Advanced degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field_ * _Initial work experiences in real estate investment, asset management, private equity, or investment banking._ **Required Skills:** * _Exceptional analytical and quantitative abilities, with attention to detail._ * _Strong financial modeling skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint_. * _Solid understanding of real estate fundamentals and valuation methodologies (DCF, income capitalization, comparable analysis)._ * _Team-oriented mindset and ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders._ * _Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present complex information clearly._  * _Self-starter with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently, thereby managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment._
