Job Summary ----------- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an **Analyst Client Technologies** located in **Batam, Indonesia.** **What a typical day looks like:** * Support network and infrastructure operations, including coordination with regional/global teams (Core Switch, WLC, SD‑WAN). * Handle server operations & incident management (e.g., patching, alerts, root cause analysis). * Maintain IT governance & documentation (Disaster Recovery, server room procedures, audit readiness). * Support and coordinate CapEx / infrastructure projects (network upgrade, hardware refresh). * Provide factory IT support for production systems, engineering needs, and daily troubleshooting. * Work closely with cross-functional teams (IT, Operations, Engineering, Vendors). **The experience we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science or equivalent experience * 3–5+ years experience in IT infrastructure / operations support * Strong knowledge in: * Network (LAN/WAN, SD‑WAN basic) * Server & OS (Windows, patching, troubleshooting) * IT incident & problem management * Experience in manufacturing / shopfloor environment is preferred * Good communication skills and ability to coordinate with global teams.
