Analyst Fraud Recovery

**Job Description** **What is the opportunity?** Join Personal & Commercial Banking Operations as a Fraud Officer to support RBC’s Client First strategy and the fraud management team in minimizing fraud losses.  You will confirm/analyze fraud files for potential recovery opportunities through Visa & Mastercard Associations. **Working hours : 1.00PM -10 .00PM** **What will you do?** * Analyze credit cards fraud claims and recover funds from merchants, as per Visa Regulations and Mastercard Rules to validate transaction legitimacy and challenge clients, merchant and the association’s positions. * Take immediate action, within established standards and measurements, relative to potential fraud activity. * Apply increased depth of fraud knowledge and related problem-solving skills to identify and take action against potentially fraudulent transactions/activity. * Report potential high-risk situations to the Team Manager. **What do you need to succeed?** **Must-have:** * Proven effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail * Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment * Good MS Word and Excel skills * Ability to work various shifts within the business hours of 13:00 – 22:00, Monday to Friday **Nice-to-have** * Fraud experience * Experience with using TYSYS (TS2), VROL, MasterCom * Knowledge of chargeback rules * Knowledge of Visa and Mastercard network rules **Job Skills** Anti-Money Laundering (AML), Credit Analysis, Data Gathering Analysis, Financial Regulation, Fraud Management, Fraud Risk Management, Information Capture, Order Processing, Process Management, Risk Control **Additional Job Details** **Address:** PERSIARAN IRC 2, IOI RESORT CITY IOI CITY TOWER ONE:PUTRAJAYA **City:** Putrajaya **Country:** Malaysia **Work hours/week:** 40 **Employment Type:** Full time **Platform:** PERSONAL & COMMERCIAL BANKING **Job Type:** Regular **Pay Type:** Salaried **Posted Date:** 2026-08-13 **Application Deadline:** 2026-09-30 **Note****:** _Applications will be accepted until 11:59 PM on the day prior to the application deadline date above_ **Our Employment Opportunities** At RBC, we are guided by living shared values of Client First, Integrity, Collaboration, Respect and Excellence and winning together as One RBC.
