The Resourcing Analyst is responsible for attracting, sourcing, screening, and progressing candidates through the recruitment process while delivering an exceptional candidate experience and supporting business hiring requirements. **Job title:** Analyst - Resourcing **Job Description:** **Key Roles & Responsibilities** * Advertise vacancies across internal and external job boards and recruitment channels. * Source candidates for niche, specialist, and hard-to-fill roles using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and talent pools. * Screen applications and conduct candidate screening interviews to assess suitability. * Will be managing candidates via AI based ATS system * Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring a smooth recruitment process. * Deliver a professional, timely, and positive candidate experience through effective communication and engagement. * Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and stakeholders, providing regular recruitment updates. * Support employer branding and talent pipeline initiatives. * Share market intelligence, talent trends, and salary insights to support hiring decisions. * Maintain accurate candidate and requisition records while ensuring compliance with recruitment processes and policies. **Skills & Experience** * Experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition, preferably within the UK market. * Proficiency in ATS and AI-enabled recruitment technologies. * Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. * Experience recruiting for niche or specialist roles. * Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities. * Customer-focused approach with a passion for candidate experience. **Location:** Mumbai , India **Time Type:** Full time **Contract Type:** Permanent
