Analyst Risk Management

Job Posting Title: Analyst, Risk Management (Insurance Management) Req ID: 10145353 Job Description: **Responsibilities:** * Work closely with team leader in managing insurance programs on operation risks of the company and provide support on various risk management functions, including onsite risk assessment, in-house advices, claims monitoring and trends analysis etc. * Proactively coordinate with broker for operations and construction insurance coverage, as part of the risk management strategy to minimise risk exposure and drive cost efficiency * Liaise with different LOBs and Corporate Risk Management for potential risk scenarios and workaround * Drive the preparation of proper Business Continuity Plans for various business interruption scenarios at HKDL. * Support annual insurance renewal * Collaborate with other LOBs and brokers in claims management particularly on cast members' work injury, guest claims and property damage. * Support liquidity analysis by compiling data for modelling and assessment * Perform control testing and process review for compliance * Ad-hoc projects **Requirements:** * Bachelor degree in any discipline * Minimum 3 years of relevant experience * Work experience with insurers and detailed understanding in various insurance programs and claim management * Independent contributor with critical thinking and problem solving skills. * Good communication skills and experienced in presentations. * Familiar with Microsoft office, Excel and Powerpoint. * Good command of spoken and written in English and Cantonese.
