**Position Requirements** **Description** Opportunity for Anesthesiologist supporting not-for-profit Bon Secours St. Francis Hospital in Midlothian, VA - 20 minutes from Richmond. Flexible schedule. • General surgery, cardiac, ENT, urology, vascular, orthopedic (adult and pediatric), OB, gynecologic, spine neurosurgery, pediatric, and plastic surgery. **Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership **Requirements** • MD or DO from an accredited institution  • Completion of Anesthesiology Residency  • Board Eligible or Board Certified   • Current medical licensure  • ECFMG/FLEX (if applicable)  Bon Secours - St. Francis Medical Center, $500K, $100K Sign On Incentive  **EEO Statement** North American Partners in Anesthesia is an equal opportunity employer.
