Team Leadership Michael Brywka, Chief MD • General surgery, urology, and endo **Key Responsibilities** • Provide comprehensive anesthesia care across surgical procedures • Perform pre-anesthesia evaluations and obtain informed consent • Develop and discuss anesthetic plans with patients • Manage induction, maintenance, and emergence from anesthesia • Monitoring of the patient's physiological condition and perform interventions as needed • Support departmental coordination and clinical leadership **Requirements** • M.D./D.O.
