Application Security Coordinator

**Czym będziesz się zajmować?** Project and role: * Coordinate and drive the remediation of security findings from penetration tests and vulnerability scans. * Act as the central technical coordinator, ensuring vulnerabilities are assessed, prioritised and resolved with development and infrastructure teams. * Work in a hybrid model from Gdynia, Gdańsk, Warszawa or Łódź, with two or three days per week from the office. * Work in an international environment with daily exposure to English and flexible work organization. Responsibilities: * Coordinate security testing outcomes and assess and prioritise vulnerabilities. * Drive remediation activities across multiple stakeholders. * Manage stakeholder communication and explain security topics to technical and non-technical audiences. * Establish and follow governance and reporting processes. **Kogo poszukujemy?** Key requirements: * Strong understanding of application and infrastructure security. * Experience in vulnerability management and remediation processes. * Ability to analyse vulnerability scan results and penetration testing reports. * Knowledge of CVE, CWE and CVSS standards. * Strong risk assessment and prioritisation skills. * Experience coordinating remediation across multiple stakeholders. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex security topics clearly. * Experience working in regulated environments. * Experience with vulnerability management tools, vulnerability scanners, penetration testing reports and Jira. * Ability to work in English in international teams.
