Application Specialist

CMS Ensuring the uninterupted operation of the application landscape at ZOLL CMS EMEA and the respective country the position was filled in. Responsibilities: * Administration, installation, configuration, and support of server-side applications based on Microsoft Server 2012 and later across multiple European locations * Ensuring stable operations through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, problem resolution, process optimization, and application monitoring * Planning, coordinating, and independently managing IT and software projects within the IT Application Team from initiation to completion * Participating in requirements analysis for software requests and contributing to the implementation and further development of new software solutions * Coordinating internal IT resources, business departments, external service providers, and software vendors on all application-related matters * Deploying updates, hotfixes, and software releases in coordination with relevant departments and external partners * Installation, configuration, and administration of client systems across various European countries * Maintenance and support of the Cisco telephony system * Providing 3rd-level IT end-user support for European locations via phone, remote access, and email * Analyzing technical issues and delivering efficient, sustainable solutions to ensure minimal disruption to business operations * Communicating clearly and effectively with users and stakeholders to foster collaboration and avoid misunderstandings Requirements: * Completed training as an IT specialist or a degree in business informatics * Experience with System-/ and Database integration (authorization, authentication, VPN) * Experience with System Architecture and Scripting (Python, Powershell) * Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (up to 20%), including weekends *  Fluent English skills with an aptitude for effective communication at all levels * Experience in project management
