Job Summary ----------- We are looking for a new _**Applications and Database Specialist**_ employee to be based in _**Tczew**_ **Summary:** Primary Objective: Ensure the reliability, availability, and continuous operation of business applications, including ERP, MES, HR, and Financial Systems. **What a typical day looks like:** * Participate in the implementation, enhancement, and support of business applications and system functionalities. * Perform day-to-day administration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of enterprise applications. * Collaborate with external vendors, internal consultants, Key Users, and Help Desk teams to ensure seamless system operations. * Develop and support business solutions that improve productivity and user experience. * Define and implement procedures and technical solutions to enhance system performance, stability, standardization, and security. * Create, analyze, and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for internal and external stakeholders. * Administration of enterprise system databases (Microsoft SQL Server) * Prepare and maintain technical, functional, and process documentation for business applications and implemented solutions. **The experience/qualification we’re looking to add to our team:** * Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field * 2-5 years experience in IT business analyst function and database administration responsibilities * Good Polish & English language skills * Eligibility to work in Poland **Preferred Qualifications:**   * Experience with ERP, MES, HR, or Financial Systems administration and support. * Knowledge of SQL, reporting, and data visualization tools. * Experience working with business users, external vendors, and cross-functional teams. * ITIL®, ERP, or other relevant application/platform certifications are an advantage.
