What We’re Looking For * Hands-on experience in implementing scalable data platforms * Strong understanding of different database systems (RDBMS, NOSQL, time-series, document, etc.) * Proven ability to ingest and analyze large volumes of data (terabytes per day) * Expertise in analyzing data in transit and data at rest * Exposure to AI/ML techniques for pattern matching and anomaly detection * Experience working with SaaS-based products and cloud-native architectures * Proficiency in big data technologies (Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, Flink, etc.) * Knowledge of data governance, security, and compliance frameworks * Strong problem-solving and communication skills. What You Will Do * Architect, design and implement a robust data analytics platform * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and integrate requirements * Drive adoption of new technologies through proof-of-concepts * Mentor and coach team members to build technical expertise and best practices
