Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees. **What You'll Be Doing** * Partner with the SEFA accounting team with billing, payroll and vendor payables. * Perform and assist with the processing and auditing of daily billing. * Perform and assist with the timely processing of load payroll entries for company drivers. * Assist with the review and processing of invoices from outside carriers. * Partner with dispatch, operations, and accounting teams to resolve discrepancies and support efficient workflows. * Maintain transportation records and assist with reporting, audits, and administrative activities. **What Are We Looking For** * Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process payroll and invoice data. * Demonstrated administrative and data entry skills in a fast-paced operational environment. * Ability to identify and resolve discrepancies while maintaining accuracy and deadlines. * Effective communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and external vendors. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn company systems and processes. **Work Environment** * Office-based position supporting transportation and logistics functions. * Frequent interaction with operations personnel, accounting teams, and external hauling vendors. * Fast-paced environment requiring accuracy, organization, and effective time management. * Regular use of computers, business software, and transportation-related systems. **What We Offer** * Competitive base salary, $22.54 to $27.80 per hour * 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions * Highly competitive benefits programs, including: * Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits * Health Saving Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA) and Flexible Spending Account (FSA) * AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance * Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave and 10 Paid Holidays Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
