Area Sales Manager - Scotland

We’re seeking an Area Sales Manager to grow our presence in the UK construction market by strengthening distributor relationships and identifying new business opportunities. **Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager – North, you will be:** * Promoting the Rockfon brand to target groups * Developing the Rockfon business within the designated geographical area * Developing tactics and account plans to capitalise on market opportunities * Working closely with the Specification team to realise the potential of ongoing and future projects * Utilising Rockfon sales tools to log all activities (RockSell) * Working closely with the Technical Services Team to ensure efficient and timely follow up of calculation requests * Carrying out market research while maintaining competitor awareness * Promoting and selling the technical details of the Rockfon product range while understanding legislation and its impact **What You Bring** * Proven commercial sales experience (construction experience desirable) * Familiarity with distribution sales channels * Strong CRM skills * Creative problem-solving and proactive mindset * IT proficiency (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, CRM) * Experience with technical/solution selling advantageous **What We Offer** * Competitive salary * Company vehicle * Commercial bonus scheme * 30 days annual leave + bank holidays * Company pension (Aviva) * Westfield Health Cashback Scheme * Life Assurance (4x annual salary) **About ROCKWOOL** Founded in 1937 in Denmark, ROCKWOOL is the global leader in stone wool solutions, with 12,000+ employees in over 40 countries.
