Area Sales Manager West Croatia

We are looking for motivated **Area Sales Manager West Croatia** to join GFBFS Croatia (Istria and Kvarner region). Your main targets will be developing sales within residential and commercial construction projects.  You will become part of a team shaping sustainable buildings through innovative indoor climate and plumbing solutions. **How you’ll make an impact:** •Project sales of indoor climate and plumbing solutions • Establishing and maintaining good business relationships with installers, distributors, designers, and investors • Planning and conducting of regular customers visits • Supporting designers and real estate developers in selection of sustainable HVAC solutions • Tracking local construction projects in planning and execution phase **What you need to succeed here:** • A bachelor’s degree in a technical field, preferably in construction engineering or HVAC • 2+ years of experience in sales or project management • Self-motivation and the ability to work in a team • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills • Fluent in Croatian, working knowledge of English is a plus • Proactive and results-oriented mindset Contact person: Ekaterina Tikhvinskaya HR Director [email protected] Please submit your application via the ‘Apply’ button.
