Area Sales Supervisor

**Job Description:** * Responsible for achieving the monthly target * Customer data master accuracy * Active Outlet * Ensure the selling step walk by FSR * Proximity relationship with the customer * Monitor service level GT and LMT **Job Requirements:** * Candidate must possess at least a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree in any field. * Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales, preferably in the beverage or FMCG industry. * Experience in leading and managing a sales team is preferred. * Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. * Familiar with General Trade (GT) and Local Modern Trade (LMT) channels. * Understanding of sales KPIs, sales processes, and route-to-market operations. * Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint **"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"**
