Job Description
**Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities**
* Follow established assembly procedures to ensure quality production.
* Read and interpret schematics, blueprints, and wiring diagrams to assemble components.
* Use hand and small power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and drills, to assemble components.
* Assemble components, fixtures, and accessories according to established specifications and instructions.
* Perform final assembly of components, fixtures, and accessories.
* Use various measuring and testing devices, such as multimeters and megohmmeter, to ensure quality and accuracy of assemblies.
* Set up test apparatus and conduct tests of production assemblies and units following methods, procedures, standards, and sequences.
* Troubleshoot and resolve basic issues related to assembly, such as fitting and alignment problems.
* Follow safety procedures and guidelines in the assembly process.
* Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
* Cross-train to support other product lines as needed.
**SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITY**: None
**Education and Experience Requirements**
* HS diploma or equivalent
* General assembly experience desired
**Preferred Skills and Abilities**
* Organizational skills
* Technical Competencies: ability to read and understand blueprints
* Troubleshooting: ability to resolve basic assembly issues
