With 2200+ employees and continued investments over 25 years in India, ZEISS’ success story in India is continuing at a rapid pace.  Further information at [ZEISS India](https://www.zeiss.co.in/corporate/home.html). **Responsibilities** * Support Assembly line activities * Supervise assembly line & maintain Quality * Responsible for Quality Inspection & Clearance * Production planning & Work scheduling * Ensure delivery goals are met as per plan * Support new product introduction * Responsible for maintenance of Tools & Fixtures * Handle global communication * Responsible for KPI collection, tracking / analysis and presenting dashboards within department * Guide assembly team in understanding of drawings & Work instructions * Responsible to implement Lean & 5s methodology * Corrective actions / mistake proofing * Organizing and conducting new operator training **Requirements** * **Education –** Diploma/BTech in Mechanical/mechatronics from reputed institutions * **Experience –** 1 to 2 years of experience * **Skills –** * Understand the metrology instruments with measurement process * Keen to learn in Core Metrology * Fluent in business English (written and spoken) Your ZEISS Recruiting Team: Sikcha Chhetri
